Really looking forward to the Dos Anjos/Cowboy fight. The top brass are probably hoping for a Cowboy win, as him in a fight against McGregor would be a much bigger draw.

Very disappointing outcome. Thought it was a soft stoppage, the shots he was throwing when Cowboy was on the ground were landing on the glove. Cowboy was goosed, but still, let the fight be properly over.
Muddles the McGregor decision a bit. Edgar is probably a bigger drawing fight but I don’t know how they could make that fight and still have him step up in time for UFC 200 in July. 197 is in Brazil, and 198 is due to be the comeback of Bones, and using him on 199 would be dumb. St Patrick’s Day fight in Ireland could be in play, as a UFC on Fox package.
I see yer man Joseph Duffy got a trimmin from Poirier. Was this the lad that bait mcGregor a few years ago and was giving it the big licks about doing it again? I thought Poirier was a bit of a no-mark; what was the gamescript here? Is there only room for one mick in the ufc?
