It has been a calamitous Olympics for the US male swimmers. With 12 of the 14 individual races now decided, they havenât won a single gold medal.
US male swimmers won 6 out of 14 individual golds in Tokyo in 2021, 5 out of 13 in Rio in 2016, 6 out of 13 in London in 2012 and 7 out of 13 in Beijing in 2008.
