Could anyone explain how some false starts in the athletics are a DQ like in Adelekeās heat but others get a warning? A couple received āgreen cardsā in earlier heats.

Sometimes a move that is not hand or foot can result in a faulty start and they recommence the start

I think you can run under protest also, where you run anyway, and then appeal the decision afterwards
