I actually watched the rowing on bbc so I could watch and hear a more neutral unbiased view of the race.

Womens 4 win the B final. Perhaps an opportunity missed there.

Delighted for the Down man. I presume 31 is fairly old for a rower, his peak would have been Tokyo. But 6 months before Tokyo was supposed to happen he had to pack in all his training and go work as a doctor at Craigavon hospital, iv never heard him complain about that. A great sort.
