Take some advice from the NHS over there. Stop stuffing your face with pizzas and shite from Weatherspoons.

Thats the obvious shit.

The thing most irish people need to remember is this, and this works for about 80% of my clients without too much other stuff (especially bullshit meal plans).

  • eat more veg than you can handle
  • eat some other firbreous food every day as well as veg
  • eat 1-2 fruit a day. I don’t believe we need too much more nor is it ligical for many. Putting 1 banana a day into a diet can have a big effect.
  • we are an island nation. We should eat alot of fish. Alot more than we do.
  • only eat 1 starch a day. Starch slows digestion. Slow digestion means food gets absolved differently.

I agree. For example, last night for dinner I had a a large plate of pasta broccoli and chicken with pesto and ricotta. Then I went to my friends for dinner and had a burger sweet potato wedges and salads. Then there was some leftovers so had another burger and few salads.
