Listening to his interview yesterday I was thinking that there is no way Hogan is the type to avail of any quarantine or access the citizen information website.
Billy Kelliher should be in trouble as well though after his return from Brussels for Martinâs inauguration.
Is it plausible that Hogan didnât even bother getting the covid test? Has anyone tested that theory yet? He doesnât strike me as the type that would allow some randomer stick a swab up his nose.

I had a family member in hospital recently on a separate issue and they test for Covid as a matter of procedure. It is very doubtful that he would have requested it.
