The podcast with daniele bolelli was great. That led me to the history on fire podcast, which is just outstanding… I think someone here might have recommended it also?
It’s great how just hearing an intelligent conversation can pique an interest and lead you down different paths. Having an open mind is very important- it goes hand in hand with an enthusiasm for life. I feel its vital never to dismiss people because they might also be an American wrestling commentator or something

It’s not about how to sleep mate ffs… It’s about what affect sleep or lack of sleep etc has on the body and the human mind. Touches on dreams, human evolution and different sicknesses etc … it’s full of very interesting facts and the part sleep plays in every aspect of your life.

I saw a show once about sleep that said the brain has no lymphatic system and all the toxins etc that the lymphatic system flushes from other parts of body are flushed from brain while we sleep by some other process.

It was fascinating although I think I dozed off

I heard there’s a very good Joe Rogan podcast with a sleep expert. Anyone ever hear that one?

Andi have $20 in BAT coin for accepting suggested ads. Winner.

I had one on a few months ago after a feed of pints and he had some guy on talking about narcotics use down through the ages etc.
Remember there was a big about all the philosopher’s in Rome used to go to some small retreat and get baked off their faces…when they came back they had been changed somehow and no longer had fear of dying.
Ill have to seek that one out again, Joe is the gift that just keeps giving

The Alex Jones one that lasted nearly 5 hours is the greatest entertainment you will ever hear, Jones is off his fucking nut

Fucking globalist lizard people bastards

Joe egging him on and letting on to be innocent, he’s a pro

Joe is sensational.

If Wollie branches out from just GAA he could be the Irish Joe?

Wha ts his podcast numbers up to now @Copper_pipe ?

Woolie has neither the brains nor the bottle to diversify.

A real feel good success story. He’ll enjoy a few a few beers tonight

I gave it a go, I’ll probably listen to this one and leave it at that, I prefer books I’d say.
Peterson is a great laugh though, it’s like watching call my bluff, about one in every three things he says is fully accurate, he’s a balmpot. I thought he’d be a charismatic and convincing speaker, but he’s quite the opposite, says what some people want to hear I suppose :man_shrugging:

I read something the other day which said that the internet exists to prove to us all that we’re right about everything, and I get it now.

He sounds like he’s about to cry at times. A very poor speaking voice

Sure wasn’t he on Joe already
