To be fair, I found him in about 10 seconds; says he retired as a director in November 2024 which would mean he would have had to file an Irish tax return for 2024 at least.
Although, only on income from that company and it doesn’t look like there was that much going on.

In fairness to Chay, being a Putin bootlicker is the only successful business he has ever done.
His forays in to Healthcare, selling guns and walking tours were all failures.
