Hazard was one of the best players in the tournament. Kante was a cog in a well drilled and quite negative team
I think Hazard has had to play with a lot of has beens and fairly average players in the Chelsea attack in the last few years. I think he struggles to last the 90 min pace and that’s his biggest downfall.

I wouldn’t say useless but he’s a cog in a machine. You can’t compare that kind of player with a genius like Hazard
