Premier League 2022/23

Arteta knows about title run ins from his time at Pepā€™s knee

Sure managers donā€™t have any say in transfers, it was as much news to him as you

Thereā€™s no one selling or buying anyone without Peps nod. Heā€™s too big

Okay.

You know more than Pep so. Heā€™s said repeatedly txiki looks after reflcruitment and he trusts him implicitly

Heā€™s an ego maniac. No doubt he sold them thinking they couldnā€™t do better anywhere else.

Zinchenko and Jesus wanted consistent first team football, something they couldnā€™t be guaranteed at City and they let them go. Seems to be their policy in these things rather than let them rot. Suppose they could have requested that they be bought by foreign teams but only shows their decency by letting lads stay in the country theyā€™ve become used to. Those who see only black will obviously be chuckling their turkey necksā€¦

Zinchenko hasnā€™t got that first team foorball at Arsenal either.

Was Asprilla not very good?

Has had a few injuries but heā€™s been their first choice left back any time heā€™s fit.

He got injured

They were shrewd enough letting sterling off to be fair to them

It was mighty sound of Pep to move the lads on and let them get first team football at a top top club. He coulda left them sit in the reserves and act as bit part players. Heā€™s a very genuine guy Pep

What about Tierney? Heā€™s been sub to him a few times.

I think zinchenko is far superior to Tierney by the way

Probably more timing than anything. Keegan would be a bottler anyway as a manager and was up against a mentality monster.

Will the media question pep when he fails in Europe again?

The journalists are so far up his arse itā€™s not funny.

Been injured tbf

They got highly for all the lads they let & bought a few too.

I didnā€™t know that. Iā€™d prefer him to Cancelo still in all fairness

Easy said nowā€¦.

Not on the strength of last season though
