Premier League 2023/2024, why do irish people follow this farmers league

Pep lost all faith in him when he reported for training overweight after the world cup. Like mourinho, pep always has to have a scapegoat in the panel. Mourinho had Shaw at United.
Pep did it with zlatan at barca too. Hard to argue with the success either man has had but its harsh

Coops and Roy too. They’ll be queuing up for the Ireland job. We need to relax and wait.

I recall Villa beating Arsenal 3-2 around the exact same time of that season after Arsenal went 2-0 up. The same game when a guy who was supposed to be parachuting onto the pitch at half time crashed into the stand and fell. They were top going into Christmas alright and then collapsed.

I couldn’t see them winning the league but they looked the real deal a la Leicester in 2015/16 there so you never know.

As you say however Manchester United are the undoubtedly the form team and the one they all have to beat.

That’s the secret formula for success alright locke. Take lads that are failing at each and every job. Falling upwards. Lampard made a managerial career out of it. Maybe he’d take the fucking job

KDB is who city are really missing. Still think they’ll win it out

Cooper would be a great Ireland manager. The most pleasant human being you’d ever meet

They won’t flatty. Arsenal are going to win the league

They looked like a tired team tonight. Villa outworked them everywhere.

For the first time since Leicester won the league the title race is looking more interesting than the relegation battle. Will ultimately come down to Liverpool, Arsenal and Man City but wouldnt rule out Villa, Tottenham or Newcastle making a run.

They did, but they don’t really shake themselves til spring.

And Man Utd.

Yeah huge loss and they’re still the team to beat.

KDB isn’t going to cover for Rodri though, neither is Stones.
Phillips if fit and for the money paid for him is a ready made security blanket.

All jokes aside, and it was a joke, forget Poch, far, far, faaaar too good for us. Roy would be a brilliant appointment. Steve Cooper too. Both coaches are different stratosphere to Spock.

McTominay on the double for united tonight, Jim and Maguire have really turned it around for the manager

Liverpool won’t be challenging unless they get players in. Way too open at the back and the team isn’t quite right shape wise…

He was absolutely dreadful in the role when given it earlier in the season, Newcastle in the cup especially. Seems a nice lad but Pep doesn’t fancy him and that’s that.

Any team with Darwin has a chance though

Nah mate. They are capable of the odd good result but they will revert to type. Outside shot at champions league but Arsenal, City and Liverpool will occupy top 3 and they have a real scrap for 4th.

I wouldn’t be suprised if city didnt even get top 4. They’ve no left back. Ruben Dias has checked out. None of the wingers are a patch on Mahrez who i severely underrated. Nunez, Gvardiol and Kovacic are all shite.

5th would probably still get Champions League with the new expanded format but they’ll surely finish top 4. Ever presents since 2011. What’s the story with Gvardiol? He looked unreal at the World Cup this time last year.
