Price of a Pint

You’re not in Cusack’s or Jim O’Brien’s now lad….

Unfortunately

When it is good I’d typically try and drink it in at most 4 sips for the first two or three. I’d often go 4 to 8 weeks between drinking a scatter of pints so the first few are like a sledgehammer hitting the taste buds.

What I like about Cleary’s is if you are by the bar or sitting in the low seats facing it a simple nod will do.

A pint of cream isn’t always good,

You need a bit of taste.

For January and February Monty had the below offer in place.

Ends at 10pm on Fridays and Saturdays.

Reardens have this then until 10pm any night.

It used be 4 pints for €22.

Do they charge extra for the big collar?

No, same price.

I notice that the head size seems to have increased across the board. Must be a Guinness thing.

Perhaps a publican, if we have one on here, might comment.

I’m not sure there’s anything as good as that first slug of a good pint of porter when you’ve a thirst on you. I don’t have the storage space for large volumes, but that first pint often gets absolutely murdered.

Ffs I nearly have to go for a pint after reading that.

Like that I can’t drink a huge amount (I can drink it but I die a death) but I find it very tough to drink Guinness slow, particularly the first one.

Love drinking pints, but the price has to be paid. Even 2 pints throws me for the following day. My drinking days are over alas.

Couple of handy scoops in Fennesseys this evening. Unreal

I think the teachers in Fennesseys kicked off @neilld ?

Twas very loud, very rare you’d get a sing song in Fennesseys. Few fellas taken aback but they saw em off though
