Prime time tonight

mickeeyidā€¦thereā€™s been enough lies about finances in this countryā€¦donā€™t hammer the man if heā€™s telling the truth regardless of his backgroundā€¦keep that queenstown (real place) temper under wrapsā€¦it might be fitting in that imaginery place you think you live in but not among the good folk of TFKā€¦

the kiss of death for poor mickeeyidā€¦

You seem to have all the ā€œfactsā€ off by heart.
strange that someone who so despises the game is such an knowledgable sort on the finacial and administrative aspect.
im thinking your one of these guys who came from a staunch catholic background and whose father would not leave him join the ā€œsoccerā€ crowd on a saturday morningā€¦
When you did play, you were shit. This damaged confidence and made you resent the people who played for enjoyment.
You have ( and always had ) a huge intereset in the game, however, im guessing you have kids now yourself and your turning into the same man as your father and this is the bile you are using to convince yourself you are on the right path by also stopping them from playingā€¦

i hate to coin a rovers phrase, but politely, please , ā€œfuck off and dieā€ if you have nothing constructive to contribute[/quote]

Ive already contributed very constructively on this thread by trying to drop the penny with you soccerball people that the game is well and truely up,the whole show is fucked, watching poor idiots on national tv codding themselves into thinking that if all the clubs do what Shamrock did everything will be fine is pitiful stuff, the Shamrock bailout farce will never happen again in Irish sport id reckon,2005 was in the midst of the celtic tiger era when the govt didnt mind building 100% free stadia for no hopers and the revenue got ear bent by sympathetic liquidators, those days are well and truely gone.

I kicked a good bit of soccerball with Inistioge Utd in the lower divisions of the KDL,the club went under about 7 Yesrs ago,the usual story of no interest,no assets,no facilites etc but then Kilkenny doesnt do much soccer so twas hardly a surprise.

Link debates with facts and arguments, this scumballer cunt replies with some shit personal insults. Back to the needle and the gutter with ya Mickee, leave the debating to the lads with the college degrees.

i will accept and participate in constructive and reasonable discussion incorporating hard hitting and personalised banter on any subject*.
However, unitelligable bigots like the link walsh who adopt a patronising and hopeless stance on matters they claim to have no interest in but avidly follow do tend to annoy me.

no facilities is because the kiddiefiddlers get them all

just for the recprd there are way more people playing football in Ireland than any other team sport- less than 1000 adult dubs play it - manchester united have multiple more followers in Ireland than all the hurling fans * 100

college degrees - meh- if you dont have a professional qulaification you are nothing on this site you tard

turenne,

you seem to be an ok sort but are bit too easily influenced by the wrong people on this site.
Donā€™t lull yourself into a false sense of security that your ā€œcollege degreeā€ holds any weight anywhere or least of all on here where the true glitterati of the internet slug it out.

ā€œcollege degreeā€

The details of the bailout of Shamrock in 2005 at the expense of scores of honest hardworking individuals who were handed just 2 cent for every euro they were owed are easily obtained via the internet,it was interesting that the Shamrock staff recieved 40 cent for every euro they were owed at the time, this examiner was far more symathetic to the Shamrock family than any real victims of the desperate mismanagement of the club that left this trail of debt in its wake.

Ill recall in the details of this shameless bailout on this site whenever the humour takes me,if it makes for discomforting reading for you and Cocktake then all the better, these things dont go away because it suits fellas who chant bullshit at matches.Welcome to the real world, the LOI is fucked.

the gga get millions in grants despite no one playing & attrocious crowds- the examiner rightly drew up a business plan to get Rovers out of trouble & by the look of things it worked

why does an organisation with less than 1000 normal adult playing it in urban areas get millions when more popular sport such a sbasketball & kite surfing get so little?

Ah sure these tracksuit wearing townie cunts might as well be at something when theyre in the pub,if its shouting at soccer on telly then so be it,others play pool, its easy follow things from the end of a glass, there would be no more than a few thousand Irish people a Year attending Manchester united games and rightly so too,the whole business has nothing to do with the people of this nation.

sure it doesnt- the papers are full of new about utd- news bulletins are about utd- prime time tv twice a week shows utd- more people were utd jerseys than all gga tops combined etc etc etc

face the facts my multard/doontard friend- kite surfing i more popular in dublin than hurling

Very disappointed to see you overlook badminton NCC, there are approximately 100,000 people in Ireland playing itā€¦

Come on now buddy ive explained this one to you before, the GAA clubs get the grants because to obtain sports capital funding the sporting organisation applying for it must OWN the land the proposed development is being built on and must also front up around 45% of the money required to construct the facilities being built themselves, those two small hurdles are whats fucking up you soccerball people, money management was never as strong point within yer association from the very top down, dont take it too much to heart you little people are not to blame.

cheers

im not asking how they get grants- im asking why the governement are giving money to an organisation that is less popualr than kite surfing - ports grants should go on building sport facilities & not so corrupt TDs can give a dying organisation good bar facilities- the gga should cultural grant becaue they sure as hell arent a sport under any normal definition of the word sport

you should charge the fake crake for this lesson linkā€¦its only right at this stage

the link is running rings around fellas on this thread:clap::clap:
