Vindication here. Myself and Mac shown to be bang on the money, while brainwashed idiots like CM, Appendage, and Kev are shown up in some style. As I’ve highlighted this is the worst fad to hit our shores, glad it’s finally being exposed.
:guns: This really should be shown to every idiot that buys these products.

The world is full of suckers.
Simple plain food sources. Eggs, chicken, spuds, broccoli… Etc…
What the fuck is whey really… behind all the blurb of some mad men goons?
Lads could fit out a home gym with the money they spend on this shit.
The secret to Donegal’s success
Along with eating 2 dinners and 4 lunches every day
A wonderful team.

How do you propose to use this stuff CM?
Once a day?
Only on workout days?
Would you not get the same effect from 3 scrambled eggs?

It will be once a day, mate. Scrambled eggs are great but I leave my house at 8am and dont return until 10pm- I only eat between 10am-6pm… I need the extra protein and everything else that comes with it - BCAA’s etc. It’s as much for recovery as anything else but It, along with two pieces of fruit, will be counted as a meal.
I’ve started eating tinned fish for lunch most days. Kippers, Sardines, Mackerel. A small can has 20g or so of protein in it. Not too shabby. Considering a tin of John West Sardines is about €1, I’d say it’s a lot cheaper than buying a tin of powder.
Angel Dust is the answer here lads, ask your friendly local farmer for a batch.

I also get protein from foods, mate. Even so, i’ll get 24g of protein from one scoop, which will last me about two months for 47euro- you’ll be paying 60 for your fish.
Yeah, but I’ll be helping to keep a fisherman fishing and ensuring that sustainable fishing practices are maintained, thus ensuring that our children and our children’s children shall be able to enjoy the fruits of the sea for years to come. You don’t get that from a scoop of powder.
I have been using kinetica protein recently. An Irish company that buy their ingredients, or at least the major part of them, from Irish dairy farmers. So while Thrawneen is off supporting faceless multi-nationals in their pillaging of the earths oceans, I am supporting my mates girlfriends dad below in cork, and surely many other Irish dairy farmers who are supplying kinetica in producing a fine product and supporting the local community.
Most Farmers are cunts though
Is Kinetica whey protein not just the left-overs from making cheese?
A by-product alright, Runt. Credit to Carbery Creameries in West Cork for their foresight in developing it into a separate revenue earning stream.
So would it be fair to say that the manufacturing of whey-protein wouldn’t have led to any significant increase in the volume of milk they were purchasing?
Great ingenuity by the creamery alright
Lets bottle the waste and sell it to gullible fools.
It’s full of ‘ingredients’ The Runt. it’s very scientific, you wouldn’t understand.
