Protein Shakes

Science is never wrong!

I don’t think there’s a better feeling on the internet than getting a combination of “informative” and “winner” ratings to an individual post.

Do we have a thread for TFK trends by the way?

What would you put in the smoothie Count?

Bananas?

For sure Bandage but what else?

I would put some natural yogurt, flax and some honey on mine…

Three egg whites, scoop of vanilla ice cream, vanilla extract and skim milk kp, sometimes might throw in some peanut butter…

I can confirm that a Yazoo is the best post gym recovery method.

And yet you call it a banana smoothie? Hmm…

Sounds very nice though! I generally have a smootie with my breakfast every morning.

Yes, it’s implied that there are bananas in it…

Sounds lovely mate. I use goats milk in mine… easier digest.

Good call KP, I had used protein shakes previously as i am a shaper and I got it for free…didn’t really notice a whole lot of benefits tbh.

Yeah… I bought bag of some sort kinetica shit before, it tasted vile and I had to fcuk it out eventually.

As I say, a large majority of protein supplements are shit because they leave put a couple of the more expensive ingredients.

Some are definitely of benefit though, you just have to spend the time looking up what should be in, in what dose and then check accordingly.

When I read this yesterday I assumed a Yazoo was some form of a perverse sexual act performed in ones own private space…

Imagine my surprise this morning when I left the gym and crossed the road to my local Topaz and see a bottle of Yazoo on the shelf.

Damn tasty too…

Though a best before date of 11th of August 2013 would suggest some sort of unnatural preservative in its content.

Who cares? It tastes nice and makes your muscles get bigger.

Not so sure about that. The high sugar level can retard muscle growth. Would have to know what type of sugars.
