This is incredibly tough on publicans, restaurant owners and hotel owners once again. About 36hrs notice that they are to shut again for who knows how long, lots of these places might have loads of stock whether itās food or drink just bought in which will now spoil.

Off licences still open but shur put the rest of the Country on Level 5.

This whole affair has been so badly planned and handled by the authorities itās almost beyond belief. The only time things were clear in any way was the initial lockdown
