The centre of Limerick is absolutely lovely. Itâs a beautiful city with lovely people. Just wasnât meant to be. I try not to stare at it too much.

Apparently the government will allow pubs open for a few hours midweek and do extensive breathalysing at the same time to put as many people off. Something like 5-11 for three days mid week and work from there. They want to avoid a cattle crush type event the first weekend they open I presume. Huge fines for publicans that donât cooperate. Thatâs probably more sensible that tying to social distance in a pub.
Whatever day they open the queue will be out the door
Iâd say this is more an issue for the urbanly challenge
Canât see it being an Arthurâs day job. Iâd say most people will still be wary
Hopefully Irish people show restraint and donât just rush the pubs.
That way theyâll be nice and quiet for me
