Fennel is a wonderful vegetable, superb in a tagine cc @Thomas_Brady. Chicken thighs, sliced fennel, ras el hanout, stock and finish with olives, lemon juice and cilantro. Fennel is also very easy to grow, well suited to Ireland’s mild climate.

Mine arrived today. Splitting them with a pal. Mine are the top two - the T in the T bone is more of an r but we’ll see tomorrow.
