Maybe tasteless in some respect but most definitely not in the literal sense, they are absolutely gorgeous, streets ahead of the available alternatives right now when simply cooked.
No Cyprus new potato I ever tasted could hold a candle to an Irish new potato. They show all the hallmarks of being grown in sand.
