How did you cook that ?

I fried it on the pan and served it with a mango and avocado salsa. I got the recipe out of a Rick Stein book.

Got a jar of Curtido Rojo there from a fellow pickler. It’s a Guatemalan pickle and it’s very nice.

Had a lovely dinner of breaded Alaskan pollock and deep fried frozen chips both of which I got in Aldi when I went in for the chainsaw. The fish was lovely. Had some tinned peas as well.
