How did you marinate it or what did you cook it in?

It’s a dry rub, a mix of different bits, I’ll pull the meat off shortly and sauce it up with a mix of barbecue and hot pepper

Looks savage… But a lot of work for a few wraps.

Lovely bit of pork belly on the bone, 4 hours at low heat and then a glaze and a blast of high heat to finish, beautiful

Is it hard to get your hands on T Bones now? Never really see them on general sale in Butchers. I could try asking I guess.

My usual butcher would have them out, went a new place and he didn’t have them out but cut some for me when I asked. They were pricey though
