How did you marinate it or what did you cook it in?
It’s a dry rub, a mix of different bits, I’ll pull the meat off shortly and sauce it up with a mix of barbecue and hot pepper

Prawn tacos with
Chipotle roast corn
Mexican rice
Kiwi salsa
Orange pickled onions
Guacamole
Black beans
Orange red cabbage

Is it hard to get your hands on T Bones now? Never really see them on general sale in Butchers. I could try asking I guess.
My usual butcher would have them out, went a new place and he didn’t have them out but cut some for me when I asked. They were pricey though
