I should have taken a picture last week when I was in one of the nights.
My god it was something. The onion rings were golden and the chips just right.

Pork knuckle? Was keen to give the superslow cooked one a shot. How’d it turn out?
Day 2 Christmas dinner is going to be early today. 12:30pm approximately. Then onto various in-laws. Probably a top up dinner at around 5ish at mother-in-laws. A few pints in LK city til we are told to leave and then I suppose an auld burger or kebab.
