RAVENOUS (Part 1)

Opposite for me. Christmas eve and Christmas day were spent in various different households. Today the parents are coming out around 2 with the rest of the Turkey and ham. Was looking forward to watching the soccer and the rugby but that’s out the window now. I’ll watch city and Leicester. But today and tomorrow absolute duvet days.

Bit of brie, spiced beef and - relish for her, wholegrain mustard for me .

You cork lads are stone mad on the spiced beef.

I discovered turkey crisps last year. Take the skin from underneath the turkey and place it on a bit of baking paper and into the oven to crisp it while you assemble the sandwich then add it in. A game changer.
