Malatang is some of the cheapest streetfood you can get in china. A lad on the side of the road with a boiling tray of spicy soup and a load of uncooked food on sticks. About 10c a stick. Anything from veg to tripe to lamb. Lovely shit. Id always do a few seaweed and a few spuds and a load of bok choi style shit then lamb… great days.
