I’d a simple but lovely feed of gnocchi earlier…
Garlic, onion, chorizo and Irish sausage fried up… Added some passata , tinned tomatoes, castre sugar and fresh basil + seasoning .Then added the gnocchi and most of a ball of mozzarella , stirred and left it simmer for 3 minutes and then poured it into a baking dish and topped with the rest of the mozzarella and fired into the oven for 7/8 minutes. Simple but delicious.
Yes, the gnocchi was bought from Dunnes.

Handy as fuck to cook too. They simply rise to the top of the boiling water when done.
Do them in the pan!

I flash fry them that after boiling to crisp them then add sauce
But theyre perfectly fine straight out of salted boiled water.
