That looks unreal

Over the stomach bug, had a craving for fried chicken and coleslaw. Eyes bigger than my belly. Round 2 lunchtime tomorrow

Joe just gets it.

Those chips look very pale. Like they weren’t cooked fully.

That’s a very poor looking meal. Disappointed in Joe. Wouldn’t make the top 100 of his previous meals.

Chicken looks great. Reminds me of that chicken my mother used to get from Roches Stores back in the 90s occasionally.

I’d my first carvery of the year I’d say today. A heap of roast beef. Was stuffed for the day afterwards. No photograph evidence of said carvery.

I had this earlier from no a new barbecue stall outside the market
Absolutely delicious, the salads were the makings of it, the lamb was succulent,

It certainly did, but I wasn’t interested in presentation, meat potato and some salad it was smashing

Are they there every Saturday? I’d ate that

First time I saw them today, in front of the Watergate flats, nice menu, one of the kids had a pulled beef sandwich which she raved about
They had some banner up about winning an all Ireland barbecue competition

I was ravenous there when I came back from training with the kids and there wasn’t a fucking bit in the house as we didn’t get the shopping done over the weekend…

I had to rustle up something using the tail end of the fridge

Chopped onion and the tail end of a stick of chorizo and sweated them off in a pan, fired in a few chopped carrots and a chopped up butternut squash and softened it all…fired in a heap of harissa sauce to give it a bit of fire and a smoky flavour…veg stock cube and a drop of boiling water and fucked in 4 broken up nests of tagliatelle…

20 mins later “a rustic minestrone”

We ate it sweet…2 bowls later full as an egg now
