And they look like plastic containers… The chemicals from such will be infused in the food after a food days.

What is the issue with sliced fish mate?

It’s years since i had a fry and even longer since i had a subway. It’s not that long since i got sick from eating prawns…

Im guessing he freezes some of it. Egg fried rice surprisingly freezes well

Lets be honest, if google says three days, it’s probably at least five.

Not that much of it in Singapore unless you are traditional Malay or Indonesian dishes like nasi lemak, ayam goreng etc. Chinese origin dishes don’t have it or it would be just called chilli sauce with stuff like chicken rice.

Singapore food in general is very mild in my experience.
