I wouldn’t be a big fan of oysters but that does look well. That said I’d say the closest @Little_Lord_Fauntleroy has come to oysters is serving them at the yacht club

and let us know how you get on. I buy plenty in Lidl and Aldi but I’d draw the line at live shellfish. That I’d only buy from a competent fishmonger.
