Not at all mate, but thanks for asking. Ignorance at the table always irks me.
It’s pure roaster carry on. Anyone with a half decent upbringing knows you leave both pieces of cutlery at 10 O clock on the plate.

4 course meal for 20 covers, there enough food in all of that. But yeah, could have done with a few auld shpuds!
