Yeah, some chicken as well at some stage.
74kgs 6 foot mate.
Two crab dishes, the one with the red eggy sauce and the bread is chilli crab, the other is black pepper.
I’ve got a smoked ham hock in the oven, and the smell in the kitchen has now reached the level of ‘unreal’.

Fending for myself today. A quick and nutricious main course. The desert was a huge bowl of ambrosia creamed rice, without jam. The only jam I could find had mould growing on top of it.
