Red curry? Looks good, only critique is that it looks like breast meat.
It’s a mild creamy chicken curry. They had no thigh meat in Super Valu so I had to make do with the inferior breast meat.

I’d slide the beans off the plate and ate it but duck and bacon is new to me. Sprouts are the food of the God’s.
