Chili garlic prawns on spinach and lettuce leaves. Have some peppers, red onion and tomatoes left over so will do something with them and whatever is in fridge for later
So threw some chicken, chorizo, mozzarella, chili flakes, bit of Frank’s hot sauce in with the peppers, onions, tomatoes & spinach. Few pine nuts and cashews and parsley to top it off. Was fair nice too.
Given that a like…looks unreal pal.
