Just out of the pool after doing 20 mins of mixed strokes (swimming strokes) gonna shower and head out for tapas and some red wine… I’ve rediscovered red wine on this trip.
Out of a proper butchers too. Higgins on the Cross. None of that supermarket shit.

This is the ravenous thread, not the fine dining thread or the I prepped a meal for 8 hours thread. If you lads are not happy reading about lads gorging themselves on everything and anything I suggest you find a new thread.

Talk us through the plans for that please @Fagan_ODowd it looks unreal. Seal it and fire it in over for few hours? I’d something similar recently and I sliced it thick like steaks and finished it on the bbq for a few mins for the squeamish eaters

In the oven at 200 for a couple of hours. 40 quids worth. I was looking after a vegetarian for a couple of weeks so I’m gumming for a decent bit of mate.
