That’s a pepperoncino mate (something like that anyway), they can be very hot but they’re pickled.

Always a problem in rural Ireland when fellas are struggling on the mainland they are too proud to come home and cut their losses. They then go on a road to ruination. To be fair the clergy in London do good work trying to alleviate this social problem .
that was at 9am, I’m sure that’s lovely and rich by now.
