I never really eat korma myself, it was for princess. I stay away from most oils if I can. I use a bit of fry light … Coffee and Dairy are two things Tom and I disagree on, but he’s right in that you eat now for how you want to be for 5/10 years down the road . I can see myself getting another 15 years out of my astro career.
Ghee and flambé are essential in any pantry.
Its good for you.
