Funnily enough the pizzeria near my house in the middle of nowhere is owned by an Italian, who is also the chef. He comes out and welcomes you if you are a regular.
The place I went to today was very nice. No idea where the chef was from. Good pizza isn’t overly complicated unlike most Asian food.

Looks lovely. Talk us through it. I use them in a lot of things but I don’t think think chilli is the place for chickpeas myself.
I only had one can of kidney beans, thought I had two when I went to the shop, good quality chorizo was a gamechanger.

I want to take the family out for a slap dash meal this week in Wexford. Not worried about price but do want to feel I have had value for money by the end of day.
Had lunch today in Robs Ranch house which was a roaster shrine but I’d like somewhere with a little more finesse . Any suggestions?
