Chorizo is the making of a good chilli. A but if very dark chocolate is a great addition too. Wouldnt be a fan of cumin or cinnamon in my chilli.

I did of course, I had nothing really good and dark but I got the kids to lamp in a few squares of nice Belgian milk chocolate, the 8 year old threw it into the gob and she got a good talking to
I’ll be having that on nice bread with cheese tomorrow and a fried egg on top
That’s Lidl rice cakes with Lidl cheese on them and some of the Lidl habenero sauce on top melted in a microwave for 15 secs.
