In fairness now fellas, a Katsu depends on who makes it and what goes in, to say it’s disgusting is like saying that beef stew is muck.
Couscous is basically the same as pasta though I know there’s a difference in how the wheat is milled

Is wheat seed, from which wheat flour and couscous are made, not a grain?
The sauce is used sparingly, it’s not like a fucking stew, you drizzle it over the baked or fried Katsu.
