One of the best I’ve ever had, I wouldn’t usually photograph a buffet breakfast, those mushrooms were outstanding, I went back for two more rashers and loads of mushrooms, scooped them into the rashersand rolled it up, bootiful.

Sorry, it’s the Wilton just outside Bray. No frills hotel (big box style tv) but outstanding breakfast, the continental option was almost as good.

Up for Groove?

Ribeye Steak, veg and dauphinois potatoes. I would usually BBQ the steak, but it was too wet to fire up the BBQ today.

I’m just curious as to how you know the age of the sheep. Do you have an eye for that type of thing?

My uncle is a master butcher and I know mutton when I see it.
