They were delish. Blanched and cooked in fresh oil which is why they look different to the roasters. Price estimation 30% out.

5 lovely little pots of raspberry jam made from raspberries from the garden. Little pot of hot chili and garlic sauce in the corner. Made with my own chilis. Fiery doesn’t begin to describe it.
Apple jelly with apples from the neighbors tree next.
A nice mid afternoon snack. Smoked duck with goat cheese and honey, tomatoes with mozzarella and pesto. Washed down with a pichet of petit Chablis.
