I didn’t, boss. I buy a couple of tubes of it from a middle eastern shop on Camden street for a euro a pop. Too lazy to make it myself.

Why did you put the plate on the floor for the photo shoot?

That’s been done before, Mike has a table that looks remarkably like a floor.
I’m wondering why he’s got a mushroom that looks like a horses mickey on the plate.

The wedges or whatever they are supposed be are very very poorly executed. I’d say the steak is seriously over cooked unless it’s a minimum of 35mm thick, and it’s not.

It is. I was painting fences all day. I also cut down a hape of brires and stuff. General clean up before I’m back to work and the winter sets in

Italian tonight lads. Starters/main were excellent, dessert was disappointing.
