I’ve often bought shin beef which has loads of marrow for cooking in an Osso buco or any stew, never got the bones for roasting though, I wonder is there some restrictions?
Dont know. Iv eaten it roasted in restaurant here though
I saw a guy collect something similar to the above in Garreths one day. A serious lump of meat.
Lovely snack here, had the wertabix at half 6
Brown toast, lots of real butter, easi single, fried ham and a fried egg,
Got an fine breakfast in the Corbett Court in Ballyhea for a fiver there. Forgot to take a picture
I much preferred the bygone days when the ravenous thread was for things posters rustled up at home, with meals from restaurants the preserve of one of the restaurant threads.
You are confusing me with someone else mate, almost all of my posts are restaurant cooked.
Also @Bandage is a whiny cunt with sand in his vagina.
As an aside, Hitachino is a lovely brand of beer. Well worth a look if you can get it in Ireland.
@Turenne hasn’t cooked a thing in his life mate.
As an aside @Turenne if you were a Japanese chef used to cooking for royalty and the likes rather than a Muldoon who went to Kyoto once for a weekend, wouldn’t you be better off going to Ireland rather than whatever third world spot you’ve landed in?
its 0% dimwit
They have it in yamamori in Dublin. Lovely stuff, but I find beer or wine doesn’t go well with sushi.
I’m in Singapore mate, it has a higher gdp per capita than Ireland.
However I’m not a big fan of eating Japanese food outside of Japan, unfortunately my wife chose, not me.
Sashimi, wasabi and light Japanese beer (like asahi) go very well together.
Beef and Guinness stew for all the Mayo Roasters descending on our house tomorrow. Comfort food, and I have a feeling they are going to need it.
Congrats on the marriage.
