My own fault pal. I was throwing the ball out the back with the hound and took my eyes off them. Still tasted great

Booking was left late so the usual stag destinations were fairly full.

What was the meat
How do you do your chips? It’s unusual to see them deep fried these days.
Nice looking chips now two days in a row.
Pork Chop with a bit of seasoning.
Deep fried in oil. Cook for 5 minutes. Take them out of the oil. Let the oil come back to top temperature and fry again for 5 minutes to crisp them up.
