Recipe please, my good man.

Fry an onion with garlic. Add lardons. Fry for a little while. Add a couple of sticks of celery. And fry for another minute or two. Add a tin of chopped tomatoes and a glass of red wine and cook down for 10-15 minutes. Add mixed fish. I added hake, prawns and squid. Add a sprig of parsley. Cook for another 5 minutes. Very simple and quick dinner.
