Actually used the fish mix you see at supermarkets for fish pies etc. Some salmon, white fish and smoked coley. Tossed in a flour mix that included paprika, cayenne pepper, salt etc and then fried on the pan for a couple of mins.
Had soft tacos but decided not to bother using them - it was damn tasty without them. Put a bit of chill sauce over the whole lot too making it more like a taco bowl.
