Unreal. Is is hot enough? I’ve a chicken balti from scratch bubbling away now, I’ll mix in some chickpeas and then a rake of spinach just before the end.
Unbelievable, even more so considering that we had that plate of cat vomit mixed with frozen peas and gone off tiger prawns inflicted on us two posts up.

It could well be a lovely bit of grub but how did you decide to call it Chicken Tikka Masala? I spot kidney beans and cauliflower, carrots, peas, stewed onions, I know it’s only a made up dish but it doesn’t look like any CTM I’ve seen before.
I could be completely wrong i thought the name came from the chicken and the suace? I just fucked in the vegetables.
Is it from a jar?
The chicken itself would have to be cooked first in a tikka marinade, there wouldn’t be so many veg but I’m only being a snobby cunt, it looks like it would be pleasing to eat (I’m famished right now)
