good stuff pukey -your fast becoming one of the most likeable characters on here -

Gave it a serious lash in the gym earlier (didn’t see MGG) and then had salad followed by chicken paella afterwards. Did the trick, along with a few pints of water. Fajitas tomorrow probably, it’s been too long. Over a week in fact.

Pizza again this evening. This is getting very worrying.

Woke up late this morning.

1pm - Weetabix and two slices of toast
4pm - Two fried chicken fillets, two boil in the bags rice, Tesco Indian balti sauce, and a chopped onion
8.30pm - customary quarter pounder with cheese and chips

Customary?

The last time I posted here about my daily food intake I had also had a quarter pounder and chips.

I wouldn’t be a big eater of quarter pounders. More of a pizza man. Each to their own i suppose.

I would be a pizza fan myselt as well but the quarter pounders are really cheaper in our chipper for some reason.

Thats the most sense i ever heard out of you. New found respect for NCC.
It won’t last though.

Boozy day yesterday, had a local 1/4 pounder, wasn’t worth it to be honest. Next thing i ate was slice of Pizza at all hours last night. Thinking about a fry sadwich type effort this morning, lot of work though.

All I’ve had today is a bowl of shreddies, have to have something fairly substiantial, might do something at half time in the United game.

Just after scoffing 2rasher sambos(5rashers), 2potato cakes, 2poached eggs and 2slices of toast. Trying to get rid of a heap of food as it’s nearly out of date. I feel a bit rough now though in hindsight.

Do you make the potato caks yourself or do you buy them balloobas…

Just after a noble cup of tea and 3 chocolat chip cookies

I buy them, the ones in Dunnes with that Northie chef on it. Think it’s some Ranklin lad is his name. I used to love the homemade ones my Granny would make years ago, still haven’t came across anything that comes near them for taste. Think she used to do them on the range.

Jayus i’m tempted to go to the shop for a cookie after reading that.

Are you working tonight? If not we have found a reason for your insomnia!

I had a scone, banana and coffee for breakfast this morning, a big bowl of chiorzio pasta at lunch time, a banana and orange in the evening, training from 7 till half 8 and then a steak after that. Probably a bit late to be eating it but I was fairly hungry. Will be up a while now after it.

did i not mention to you before that no one gives a shit about your shopping patterns
