I love a nice bit of liver but people tend to cook the shit out of it I like mine a bit pink in the middle

Love it bloody in the middle as well, can’t beat some onion gravy with it.

Liver lightly grilled… As tasty a bit of meat as you’ll ever eat.

Have to entertain guests this evening with taste buds as bland as a new born baby. Pizza and chips… FFS.

Just after a prawn balti, will have tea now with a cream egg and some m&ms…

I made a right pig of myself today at the girlfriends house. There was a turkey and ham dinner laid on, a choice of 3 desserts, of which I had all 3. I’ve been stuffed for hours and had cramps for the last while… I’ve come down to the downstairs toilet to dump as this is a ripper… I’ve forced out the head but the body is being stubborn. I’m never over eating like that again, ever.

Just after a load of pasta with pepperoni, salami, peppers and onions followed by a cadburys cream egg easter egg and the two cream eggs. :clap:

a bit of cod, chips and 6 fish fingers, followed by a slice of snickers cheese cake, welll stuffed now

I’m partial to a cream egg myself Mrs. Turfcutters nephew was here today and bribed me with a mars egg for a drive on the tractor.
Had spring lamb with trimmings today, it’s always a bit tasteless I prefer it with more flavour from an older animal

I love mutton myself tc. But it’s very hard to get.

chicken curry, fried rice and 2 spring rolls, a chunky kitkat for dessert now

Training and all round general healthy living started today. Goodbye kebabs, hello abs.

Post workout-

4 egg white omelet that included 2 breasts of grilled chicken, broccoli and light cottage cheese.

An apple for afters.

Just after having a big fry up for myself with 3 rashers, 4 sausages, a half box of mushrooms, a big onion, beans, two cups of tea and four nice cuts of brown soda bread. Ah yes, nicely satisfied now.

lately I get my fry ready and then make an omelet and put all the gear on top of the omelet, top it off with cheese and under the grill for a minute or two a fucking savage feast, I saw it on Man V food one night

FFS what happened to the diet of All Bran and natural yogurt? You’ll put all that weight back on.
