Listen, i’m not the expert, this is just what i was told, by a doctor who studied in that same UCC. I eat better food now anyway so i don’t take much salt anyway, no need.
If i studied it or read up on it extensively then i’d make a decision, but for now this doctor has been very good for my health and life in general, so i’ll tryst him with most things.
But i will ask about his reasoning, probably something i should have pushed for the last time.

You’ll often find a doctor that goes against conventional wisdom, for some reason
I wouldn’t discount alternative medicine but it needs to be subjected to the same evidence based analysis as conventional medicine. If it cuts the mustard then I’m all for it.

Had a snackbox with a portion of curry there earlier. It was only medicore. The quality of the chicken in the local chipper has gone way down in recent times.
I rarely purchase chicken from local chippers, in fact i don’t like purchasing chicken at all, you don’t know what’s been pumped into it…
Like you know what’s been pumped into a frozen beef burger?
The only chippers for chicken are the pigeon hut and freda’a
It used to be very nice there though. I probably won’t bother with it again. The curry is fantastic alright.

I had one of those new Goodfellas Meateor pizzas last night and I haven’t stopped farting since.
I have a nice little curry simmering away here (vindaloo)…Gonna hit the gym, return, wolf it down and fart contently for the night with 24 bottles of heineken for 17.99 !!

Might be a bit too late for you but theres a good spot on the lane between Harcourt St and Wexford St near the Colossus Casino - think its Montague Lane/Street. Small cafe but savage food. Think its run by a Wexford man.
