Day 3 of the turkey and ham. I had roast spuds, garlic spuds, croquettes, turnip, carrots, turkey, ham and stuffing with a load of pepper sauce. I am fucking stuffed now so I am.

I held back yesterday because I was heading out on the town soon after-no such problems this evening. I made a fucking pig of myself.
I haven’t taken a shit in 26hrs, i am blocked up bad. 
I went late Christmas Eve to this morning without having a dump. I felt like I had a washing machine full of food and beer on full spin in my belly.
That’s phenomenal and disgusting.
The Couric of my shite when it arrives may well leave me requiring stitches, i fear.

I’m the same pal. Standard rhythm is completely off and I’ve been having to squeeze out a second one late on in the evening.
I went to bed early the last two nights due to a food-induced coma.
I find a mid-afternoon cigarette to be a good laxative.

Water & plenty of it will do the trick too. Problem is, i am drinking loads of alcohol & not enough water.
